It is with great regret that Wargrave surgery will no longer be operating the medication/prescription service from Knowl Hill stores.
This decision was reached due to a review in our outreach services, and it was found that without significant change in infrastructure and processes we would be unable to ensure patient safety going forward.
The last drop off/collection will be on the week commencing 19th February 2024.
Patients can still collect their medication from the surgery dispensary or alternatively, nominate a pharmacy where you can collect your medication. Some pharmacies provide a delivery service that can be utilised by patients that are unable to travel.
The surgery apologises if this causes any inconvenience.
